a mixed experience
central locationfaulty acpoor drainage
the location was acceptable, being fairly central.
the ac didn't work well. the shower drainage was also quite poor. i mentioned both issues, but they were not fixed , quite frustrating.

The riad had a GREAT location. It was within walking distance of many attractions. The breakfast on the terrace upstairs was good. The owner even took me to a nearby restaurant.
The hotel door remained locked 24/7. The only way to enter was to ring the doorbell. I had to wait 20 minutes in an alley because nobody opened the door.

the staff was helpful with suggestions for activities. they printed our boarding passes, which i needed. our room was super clean upon our return each day. the location was easy to find.
the hotel door remained locked, this required buzzing to enter. there were no provided keys for residents, this was inconvenient. waiting for entry felt unsafe. the shower drain drained slowly.
