fantastic stay!
friendly staff helpful suggestion super clean room
the staff were the kindest people i have ever met! they were all very friendly and helpful. they gave us meal suggestions and activity suggestions. our room was super clean and refreshing to come home to after long days of travel. i secure hotel and welcomed. it was the best place i could have stayed at while visiting!!!
The hotel door is locked 24/7. The only way to enter is to ring the doorbell.

the beautiful double room offered ample space. furnishings were beautiful and well-kept. it provided a relaxing environment after exploring the local area. a nice bathroom added extra comfort to the experience.

this location made exploring convenient. many attractions were within walking distance. this. transport links were also readily accessible for further adventures.

breakfast was served daily on the rooftop terrace. it consisted of a generous amount of food and offered great views. the rooftop provided a nice spot to start the day. cleanliness was clearly a priority.

a mixed experience
faulty ac poor drainage
the location was acceptable, being fairly central.
the ac didn't work well. the shower drainage was also quite poor. i mentioned both issues, but they were not fixed , quite frustrating.

great location walking distance good breakfast locked door bell ringing long wait
The riad had a GREAT location. It was within walking distance of many attractions. The breakfast on the terrace upstairs was good. The owner even took me to a nearby restaurant.
The hotel door remained locked 24/7. The only way to enter was to ring the doorbell. I had to wait 20 minutes in an alley because nobody opened the door.

helpful staff super clean room easy location locked door unavailable keys slow drain
the staff was helpful with suggestions for activities. they printed our boarding passes, which i needed. our room was super clean upon our return each day. the location was easy to find.
the hotel door remained locked, this required buzzing to enter. there were no provided keys for residents, this was inconvenient. waiting for entry felt unsafe. the shower drain drained slowly.
